I am an Accredited and Certified Systemic Wellness Practitioner and graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2023 where I studied a postgraduate in Addiction Care. I am a U-ACT International Recovery Coach trainer Coordinator/Facilitator and have partnered up with Pocket Rehab Coaching Network (USA) to take Recovery to the World.
Passionate about assisting clients in finding personal and professional agency, taking responsibility for their lives and assisting clients in getting their choice back. My Motto is to Educate, Motivate and Inspire. Empowering individuals, organizations and communities to engage in courageous conversations around substance abuse, recovery, transformation, support, diversity and social upliftment.
By understanding and implementing the Systemic Coaching Model, I am able to assist and support in the development of personal Recovery Capital which is the internal and external resources developed and acquired to support sustainable recovery and wellness.
