Recovery is not a one-time event. It’s a layered, ongoing journey that unfolds in stages - each one calling for unique support, structure, and guidance. At the heart of my 12 - month Continuum of Care Programme is the understanding that healing is not linear, and sustained recovery requires more than just a short-term fix.
 

This is a full-spectrum programme designed to walk beside you through every phase of your healing process - starting with stabilisation, moving through reintegration, and ultimately rooting you in lasting wellness.
 

What to expect

Phase 1

6 - Week Inpatient Programme
– A Safe Place to Begin

Our journey begins with a 6 - week inpatient programme, offering a contained, compassionate space to detox, stabilise, and gain clarity. Here, clients receive specialist addiction counseling, psychoeducation, group therapy, and holistic care.

This is where survival mode begins to soften - where the nervous system gets a chance to exhale, and the body, mind, and spirit start to remember who they were before the chaos.

We focus on understanding addiction, trauma, and the root causes behind destructive patterns. It’s about planting the seed of awareness and building a foundation of internal safety.

Ongoing

12 - Month Group Support & Individual Sessions – Staying Connected

No one should walk this path alone. That’s why ongoing support is woven throughout the entire 12 - month journey. Clients have access to weekly group support sessions that offer a space to be seen, held, and reminded they are not alone.

In addition to group work, individual coaching and counseling sessions are included - tailored to each client’s evolving needs. These check-ins help course-correct when life gets noisy and provide a consistent therapeutic anchor.

Phase 2

6 - Week Reintegration Programme
– Bridging the Gap

Once the initial storm has settled, we shift focus to reintegration - an essential and often overlooked part of recovery. This 6-week phase can be done online, in-person, or as a hybrid, allowing flexibility for individual circumstances.

This is where we explore the real world with new tools, identify triggers, and build a relapse prevention plan.

Clients begin applying what they've learned, supported by individual sessions and group accountability. We address identity shifts, boundary setting, communication skills, and the delicate dance of returning to family, work, and community with intention.

Phase 3

8 - Week Online Wellness Programme
– Reclaiming Wholeness

Healing isn't just about avoiding relapse - it's about building a life worth staying clean for.

 

The 8 - week wellness programme offers a deep dive into holistic healing: nutrition, movement, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and creative expression.

This phase is about thriving. Clients reconnect with joy, purpose, and self-expression.

 

We incorporate trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices to truly anchor recovery in the body - not just the mind.
